Our Process

Although we have a huge pool of CVs, we are constantly searching for more suitable candidates to increase the efficiency for the respective job profiles. We reach out to potential future candidates and let them know about the job market and how they can build a career.

As soon as the candidates are finalized we start processing their documents for Visa and other necessary things for their deployment. We aim at getting the candidate to the project site as soon as within 15 days of their VISA is received from the Clients.

After garnering all the CVs each requirement, the recruitment team carefully screens them out based on the research carried out on the industry and the criteria specified by the clients. We do a preliminary interview which is conducted by a specialist in the field to make sure the candidate has what it takes to work with our prestigious clients.

Simply deploying the candidate doesn’t end our responsibility, we continuously keep track of our candidate’s performance through their employer to make sure they both are happy with each other’s agreements. This also helps us better understand the clients and our candidates need in the long run.

A successful campaign is its own reward, which is why we make sure to go over our itineraries a few times and make sure the client has the same so that we work well similar to a well-oiled machine. At the campaign also we try to make sure that all interviews are conducted smoothly and in an organized fashion. Here as well, we try our best to utilize the latest technology at hand to make sure the data is safe and being processed at the same time of the campaign.
